Initial Appointment
Up to 60-minutesYour initial appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what has been going on for you. We’ll explore your health history, relationship with food, current concerns, goals and what support might be most helpful.
Together, we’ll begin developing an approach that is personalised to you.
Review Appointments
Up to 50-minutesReview appointments are tailored to you and your individual needs. They provide an opportunity to check in on what’s been happening since your last session, reflect on anything you’ve been working on and explore any challenges or changes that have come up.
Depending on your needs, appointments may include further nutrition education, counselling and practical strategies to support you in working towards your goals. Together, we’ll continue to build on what feels helpful and adjust your support as needed.
-
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full consultation fee.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes circumstances arise that are outside of your control. If something comes up, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.
-
Currently, all appointments at Attune Collective are offered via telehealth. This means you can access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.

Our Approach to Weight and Health
-
At Attune Collective, we do not provide intentional weight loss advice or prescribe restrictive diets. Our approach is grounded in non-diet and Health at Every Size® (HAES®) principles, recognising that health and wellbeing are influenced by many factors and cannot be defined by body size or a number on the scale.
We also believe you have the autonomy and right to make decisions about your own body. You won’t be judged for wanting to lose weight, feeling uncertain or conflicted about your body, or being at any particular point in your relationship with weight.
If weight loss is something you’re thinking about or have concerns around, you’re welcome to talk to us about it. We’re happy to explore your thoughts, concerns and goals with you, without judgement, and discuss what support may be appropriate for your individual circumstances.
Our role is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support and work collaboratively with you in a way that respects your individual needs, values, circumstances and capacity. We’ll meet you where you are and support you to make informed choices about your health and wellbeing.
-
Health at Every Size® is an approach that recognises that people can pursue health-supporting behaviours across a diverse range of body sizes. Rather than focusing on weight loss as the primary measure of health, a HAES® approach considers wellbeing more broadly and supports individual, sustainable behaviours without promoting weight stigma or restrictive dieting.
At Attune Collective, our care is also guided by a non-diet approach, meaning we don't prescribe rigid food rules or one-size-fits-all eating plans. We work collaboratively with you to explore what nourishment and wellbeing can look like in the context of your individual needs, circumstances and goals.
