Brielle Musgrove

She/ Her

Co-Founder | Accredited Practising Dietitian

Brielle believes nutrition is about so much more than what we eat. It’s about understanding your body, reconnecting with its needs, and finding a way to nourish yourself that feels supportive, sustainable and right for you.

Brielle has worked across a range of services, with a particular focus on eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and supporting people to rebuild trust in their bodies and their relationship with food. She has worked with adolescents, adults and families across specialist eating disorder services, community settings and private practice.

Brielle’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practice while remaining compassionate, individualised and person-centred. She draws on approaches including intuitive eating, weight-inclusive care, motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychological therapies for eating disorders. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition your needs, experiences, capacity and goals are unique to you.

Brielle’s goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported and empowered to develop a relationship with food and your body that works for you.

Tyla Dickie

She/ Her

Co-Founder | Accredited Practising Dietitian

Tyla is passionate about providing compassionate, collaborative and psychologically informed nutrition care in a space where people feel heard, supported and free from judgement. Her experience spans private practice, youth mental health services and eating disorder services, where she has supported adults, young people and families across a range of experiences and nutritional needs.

Tyla takes a non-diet approach grounded in Health at Every Size® principles, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health or nutrition. She aims to meet you where you are, taking the time to understand your individual needs, experiences and goals before working collaboratively to find approaches that feel realistic and sustainable for you.

Above all, Tyla believes you are the expert in your own experience. Her role is to listen, support and offer evidence-based guidance, while creating a safe space to explore your relationship with food, your body and yourself.
